When I returned to the dental industry after many years in the not-for-profit sector, I brought with me one of the key core values of that sector: a respect for, and commitment to, each and every stakeholder. Our two-fold mission therefore reflects an equal commitment to the needs of both dental practices and dental professionals.
To be a trusted, reliable and always available resource for CNY dental practices seeking staffing solutions. We accomplish this through ready support, quick action, honest communication and by cultivating a strong network of capable and dependable dental professionals.
And we strive:
To be an advocate and mentor for dental professionals seeking fulfilling work in a supportive environment. We do this by offering job preparedness training and counsel, by providing comprehensive information about placements and market trends, by advocating and negotiating on their behalf, and by committing to honest communication and follow up.

…brings to Chairside CNY experience in Dental Hygiene as well as nearly 20 years of Human Resources experience, with an emphasis on recruiting. She then spent many years employed by a large pension fund. Linda is happy to be back in the dental field, combining her many skill sets and reveling in returning to the familiar territory from which she began.
